New 52 Costumes Vs. Marvel Now Costumes

Who has the better costume designs?

Marvel's costumes are better dc just made their costumes shiny and put lines on them to make them look more high tech but the green arrow reboot costume angers me to no end where as Thor's is that good old viking look. butt I must admit Batman's new costume suits him more along with Deathstroke.

I like Cyclops and Caps new costumes.

I like Green Lantern, Flash, Cyborg, Nightwings, Redhoods, Dr Fates, and Hawkmans new costumes.

but I prefer Superman, Wonderwoman, Batman, Red Robin, Static, and Jay Garricks Pre-Flashpoint costumes.

The only characters with any noticeable difference in costume from DC is Superman with the Kryptonian "armour" and possibly Deathstroke. Cap's takes a more armoured look, Tony changed his armour, Hulk using the tech Banner built and Superior Spidey is Octavius revamping the look.

DC.

Marvel's costumes seem to have more dynamic to them. The DC ones kind of look the same, no offense to anyone. Lots of lines and 'armored' looks.

The DC armored look is a bit too much, also miss the underwear for certain characters

Too many of DC's new outfits give me uncomfortable 90's flashbacks.

Both Marvel and DC costuMes are badass

I like the way Spider-man looks but the rest is just meh.

My vote goes to DC, even though I hate Tim Drake's costume.

Having said that, I say Marvel. :P

I like DC's more.

Captain America looks like a turtle and Cyclops flat out looks ridiculous.

Very few Marvel characters have costumes anymore, they change so often that it's just the clothes they are wearing that issue. Cyclops must have had 20 costume changes by now.

I say DC because of Martian Manhunter and Superman.

DC, a lot of their costumes are pretty cool now, especially Flash and Superman.

I like DC's more, Marvel's honestly looks more similar just updated slightly. Where as DC's looks updated, more modern and cool at the same time more higher tech.

Namely, Supes, Bats and Flash. Thor's Helmet looks odd, Wolverine I could never figure out why he has Batman like hat/mask his hair is not that hard..lol Captain A looks meh, Jean's latex thing looks weird to me.

IMO from the Marvel gang, Spiderman looks cool as always the rest look meh to me.

So overall, DC for me.

Has there even been a book where Thor's 'now' outfit was used as shown above? Every book I've seen with Thor consists of a variation of his classic outfit and his post-ragnarok outfit.

Whether which shift in outfit design is better than the other - I'm just glad Wonder Woman has a pair of pants lying around somewhere to put on to have some life outside of comics and animated television.

Both have good looks (Captain America, Batman), and both have bad ones (Teen Titans, Thor). If I had to choose, I'd say I prefer Marvel's new looks - they're not mind-blowing, but at least I don't want to gouge my eyes out.

Have to say too, in Injustice now that I look at the comic book costumes look totally better.

52 Original redesign are better that the ones they actually end using.

This is a hard one for me to pick I love both Flash's and Scarlet Spider new customes. But ill go with Marvel because I like the new modern look for Cap's armor.
