Not only doe she let me indulge in my lifelong hobby of comic collecting, but yesterday she surprised me by buying bags and boards for my massive collection. Now, I know that you are thinking that that is no big deal...but, the closest place to get bags and boards is over 90 min away from my town.
My sweet wife

It's a trap.
I agree watch your back!!!
(but in all seriousness hang on to that girl lol)
@aztek_the_lost: Keep swinging away. You'll land a girl soon enough and then you'll think back to when you were free :P
@aztek_the_lost: aw. Well I'm a girl and I'd hang out with you without expecting anything in return. I always find I'm that person too, in my group of friends. I'll hang with anyone at the drop of a dime, but they'll only do the same when they want something in return. Maybe I spoiled them when I worked at the movie theater and got them into movies for free :/
@db8coach: I think this is really sweet. A couple should be supportive of each others hobbies, even if they're not particularly interested in said hobby themself. That's a sign of a good relationship :)
I know this sounds unbelievable, but I actually dated a guy who hated video games, while I love them, but he would go with me to midnight launches anyway lol And I'd go with him to wait in line for concert tickets to a band he loved. It's a good rapport to have!

I do every day...trust me. This was on top of her volunteering to change our "rooms" so I can have the larger room to be my comic book room.
AWW?? Wow - you are just rubbing it in now..... (just kidding!) :)

**sigh** It's hard to not get cynical at times. I have had (and still have) similar experiences. For me - as long as I know what they are all about, I'm okay. Good friends are hard to come by and when they do - I hang on tight.
You have a great wife.
I do, too. Mine hooks me up with the good stuff all the time not to mention she pre-ordered "Justice League: Doom" which just arrived yesterday (though I promised not to watch it until her next night off, Friday, so her, I and the kids can all watch it together).
