Hahaha at the responses but I'm fairly interested in the show this Sunday. [×]√

I think it is a fairly important part of Pop Culture.

I'm surprised MTV still shows the VMA'S.

This show is gonna blow like every year. They have terrible performances and hosts. Only the boy bands win and thats about it. Still going to watch though. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA..

It's starting! I'M SO EXCITED! not really but it is starting. [×]

My my I was wrong. There was no host and the show was pretty decent. I got to say JT's performance was the best in a while. He had that place on its feet.

Hannah Montana is going threw great lengths to keep the lime light

I'm pretty sure the last time MTV covered any music I enjoy was back in the 90's or 80's.

It was actually a good show last night, even though Austin Mahone won artist to watch over the Weekend. Loved Justin's performance and the Miley and Robin Thicke performance was comedic.

So basically the Highlight of the VMA's was Miley Cyrus showing her Ugly Boney Ass to Everyone ? Yeah, that's awful.

Miley, you're a skinny white girl with no ass, stop trying to twerk.

my older brother and younger sister try to watch it every year. i always get my dad or mom to make them change it by say some thing like:

"It's not music, it's porn hidden as music!"

then my sister and my older brother usually complain and cry about it.

My wife watched it, I swelled with pride when my daughter covered her ears and yelled, "Make it stop."

MTV doesn't show music videos anymore therefore I don't watch. MTV shows crap so if they have the MTV crap awards I will watch.

Miley Cyrus just gets nastier and nastier. I can feel the desperation to stay relevant.

#29 Posted by TheFirstLantern (1371 posts) - - Show Bio

My older sister was watching it in her room and made me change the living room television(watching America Ninja Warrior) to JT's performance which was probably the best music performance that I have seen in a while.

Dafuq did I just watch?

Highlight of the event: JT's 20 minute performance. Respect.

NOW people are realizing that America's pop culture is crap?

Everyone is hating on this Miley Cyrus girl, but then this weekend will be drunk as hell and 'twerking' on some random guy?

All those artists have scared disgusted look on their faces, when in their music videos they shake their ass or have dancers shake their ass all over the place and listen to and make songs talking about women dancing like whores and f*cking numerous whores? Then when one does it they act disgusted?

You got to be f*cking kidding me.
