Pretty self-explanatory. Name a movie that you like that nobody else seems to like.

I'll star it off. A movie I really like, but NONE of my friends like is The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug.

Tell that to my friends. Some of them don't care that much for comic-movies.

The Dark Knight isn't just a comic-book movie, it transcended the genre. The trilogy is massively popular with regular movie-goers.

The general audiences loved the trilogy; the Batman is ''nerdy'' aspect basically died when those films were released.

Everyone has their own tastes. For example: They liked the HG movies, I don't care for them. Just like I like TDK, and they don't care.

@goonage: The thread is asking for a movie ''nobody seems to like'' - while your friends may not like TDK, I'm fairly certain TDK doesn't fall into the bracket of a film with negative reception.

Daredevil. I still don't understand all of the hate it gets. Yes it had some noticeable flaws, but nowhere near as bad as people make it out to be.

Films that not everyone hates but I've seen a decent amount of people hate on (usually for no real reason):

• The Dark Knight Rises
• Thor
• Iron Man 2

Spider-Man 3 and Superman Returns. Both movies definitely have problems, but they're really not that bad. I'll take Spider-Man 3 over the TASM movies, and I'll take Superman Returns over Man of Steel.

@dernman: Nah, I saw the previews for it. But I never gave it a chance. Were those episodes good?

i actually enjoyed dragon ball evolution. i didn't take it seriously as a dragon ball film, but i found some scenes to be pretty funny (Goku going to high school)

It's better than the previews but not something I'd get exited over. Maybe it gets better. I'll eventually give it another try. It's different than the movie though it does follow the Gecko Brothers if I remember correctly.
