As the title says; what movies do you guys like that everyone else hates?
Here's some of mine: wolverine origins, spider-man 3 and iron man 2.
The Brave Little Toaster
I dont get how some one could hate this movie, but there is a bunch of haters
Classic Star Trek movies.
Sorry Jar Jar Abrams sucks, the guy is stuk in the 80s in a bad way.
Transformer 1.
Don get me wrong is horrible we get 70 movies out of this
The Episode 3.
This is a great example of one movie that gets hate for bizarre hate to the prequels and stupid nostalgic love to the Original trilogy, it was better that the Ewoks filled insanity that episode 6, it had problem, yes but it had less problem that Ewoks everywhere and at least it had to close the book of the Real Star Wars.
I love Hudson Hawk. Bruce Willis as an ex-con just out of prison who is hired to steal works of Leonardo DaVinci in order to gather crystals for a machine that can turn lead into gold. He also has to contend with a secret nun for the Vatican that is trying to stop him, a CIA squad named after candy bars and a murderous butler working for sociopath billionaires. And all he wants is to have a cappuccino.
Iron Man 2 (was good, not as good as the first)
Iron Man 3 (same thing)
Spider-Man 3 (this movie was good, it didn't live up to the expectations set by the first two but it is still a good movie)
Batman Forever
Batman Returns
Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace
Star Wars Episode 3: Revenge of the Sith
Iron Man 2
Iron Man 3
Prequel Star Wars Trilogy
Spider-Man 3(this got me into comics, still love it for that)
X-Men Origins Wolverine(was okay)
Green Lantern(I actually like this movie a lot, way better than Thor in my opinion)
I'm sure there is others.
@bluelantern1995: I hear ya on the GL movie. I love GL in general so it'd be hard for me not to enjoy parts of the movie. Also because I love Secret Origin. But overall I think we deserve a far better GL movie. Please soon!! :)
The Star Wars prequels
D-War: Dragon Wars
Eragon
Green Lantern
Dark Knight Rises
Signs
Conan the Barbarian remake
Is it safe to guess that most people who like the prequels are not older than 25?
What does that have to do with anything?

Mainly because most people who like the prequels, were too young to watch the original movies.

There's this thing called DVD. It allows you to watch movies, even ones that came out a long time ago, in a theater far, far away.
@frogdog: Kind of has a point.
People that were adults when Star Wars came out tend to like the first two but dislike the Return of the Jedi and the Ewoks in particular. People who were kids when Star Wars came out but adults when the prequels come out tend to enjoy Return of the Jedi (Ewoks and all) but dislike the prequels particularly young Anakin and Jar-Jar. And people who were kids when the prequels began to come out tend not to mind them (Jar-Jar and all.)
For me I didn't mind the prequels as much as some people, I actually thought Revenge of the Sith was the best of the three. But I think one of the defining characteristics of a nerd is bitching about the things we love. We can love something so much that we absolutely hate certain aspects of it.

So you admit that your young then? Judging by your witty sarcasm, I guess I struck a nerve.
@frogdog: Yeah, I'm 21, I was just confused by your statement. At first I thought you meant that young people can't critique movies very well, which is false, but your point seems to be even more ludicrous, as if the Star Wars trilogy can't be viewed except by those alive when they came out.
SORRY. Sorry, everybody. i meant to put this..
@14nc3: Star Trek: Nemesis
Six String Samurai
the first Bay transformers film
Just off the top of my head:
Spider-Man 3
Iron Man 2
Rock of Ages (not really like, but found it good enough)
I kind of like the first Hulk. I have no idea why though
the 2003 one?
Batman Forever, it was the first movie that actually had Batman.
People go and love Burton for the fact they were introduce to "Batman" by Burton, so they belive he pretty much created Batman or that he did an amazing job and was Batman comic books made into movies, today the people has a bizarre case of nostalgia and keep saying Burton is awesome where Nolans is not, schumacher sucked and pretty mcuh anyevidence agisnt it just show you are stupid and a Nolanite.
Schumacher gives us a Batman that is not an emotionally a kid like Burton Batman.
Had real Martial Arts Skills, Burton Batman sucked at this.
Look athetlic, Burton Batman look old and like if i could kick his ass.
People acted like people, Burton made them robots because he dont know how to deal with real emotions.
His villains at least try to be something bigger, Burton villains want to have sex with Vicky Vale, revenge because it was a cat lady and to get some fish.
Schumacher Batman explain why Batman does not kill, Burton Batman kills like nuts and then go an tell Catwoman that i wrong, wtf is that shit?
Alfred and Gordon are there, in Burton movies are pretty much life statues.
Batman had relationships with everybody around him, Alfred, Grayson and others, Burton Batman since was a children, didnt have realtionships, because he cant.
Dick Grayson was a tridimensional character, Burton never has this type of character in his movies.
Nolan bases Gotham in real places that are like Gotham in real life and Schumacher make Gotham look Art Deco because thats is how Gotham used to look in the comics.
Burton only had atmosphere, so people say he was better that Schumacher and Nolan.
He failed harder that Schumacher and Nolan, is time to get this nostalgia thing die.
