most powerful anime characters top ten?

Yes i realize this has been done before but i was looking for a really current one. Anyway exclude goku. So just list off what u think please :)

Edit: No omnipotent beings. Have to be like semi relevant to the story of the anime/manga/light novel. Been in at least 5 episodes/chapters(ok thats not really needed but itd be helpful).

These characters were off the top of my head, and I wanted to use characters who weren`t common or expected, basically characters who were of different tiers, and who are different definitions of powerful. I feel bad cause I know I missed someone important and underrated.
