Moral and legal problem

Let's assume you need a kidney transplant or you'll die. There's only one person who can be a matching donor, but he refuses to help you. You hire an illegal Mexican doctor, you kidnap that person, and with doctors help, you steal his kidney and implant it into yourself. Then, after both of you recover from the operation, you let him go. He goes to the police and reports you.

What would happen after you've been trialed and found guilty?

Would you be obligated, under the law of your country, to return the organ, even if that means a certain death for you?

I'd kill the guy before he could do anything

You made two mistake :

First, you kidnap the guy.

Second, you let him go after taking his kidney..

Once you jump the bad slide, there are no real turning back. So you kill the guy or you disappear in some foreign country and prepare to live a harsh and ruthless life.
