If Q is true, then it's possible to know Q.
If Q is true, then it's possible to know P and don't know P.
But it's NOT. So Q must not be true. Q is false.
So if P is true, then you know P. (Otherwise, P and don't know P would be true, so Q would be true.)
But P could be anything.
