Ahem… Good news, very very good news. Even putting aside the fact that Mako >>>>>>>>>>> Hammerhead, ME 2/3 sorely missed “planets’ exploration”-aspect that existed in ME. To tell the truth, I don’t even want fixed physics for it. Driving Mako was pure and undiluted fan for me.

Wonder though - if storyline happens during Shepard’s own lifetime, what could be written there (conflicts with batarians on border, some Cerberus’ covert operations or bands’ war in Terminus?).

You mean like how they bent over backwards to appease us and gave us the Extended Cut which they absolutely did not need to do?

Hope the planets don't look all the same like they did in the first game.

Oh yeah, you mean the blatant, lazy, PR move to win back their reputation? You mean the 10 minute slideshow and extra dialogue options they spent months making? BioWare didn't make the EC because they gave a sh** about any of the criticizms, or about what fans thought, the whole purpose was to make them look good. Their whole reasoning behind the EC was that "people just don't get it, so were going to make them get it (because they're too goddamn stupid to understand it) and right now we look like s**t in the public eye." It wasn't, "we care about what our fans think and we admit we may have f**ked up, just a bit, but were going to try and correct some issues people have."

The whole, crying "art!" and their defense of "artistic integrity" was just insulting, as well.

You're making a popular video game thats selling point is role playing and alien sex, you're not Steve McQueen making some art house film with some sort of deep underlying theme.

Lame, just another human character.

I never played the first game so i know nothing about the MAKO but I'm fairly excited for this.
However, I personally really want a game where I can play as an alien. HUmans are cool and all but I'm anxiously waiting to play as a Krogan, Turian, Geth, Azari, or something.

Still, I shall keep an eye put for this. (+)

Gives me awful memories of trying to "drive" the Mako around in ME1 lol

Very interesting though, any Mass Effect game would be a must buy for me but I would really like a prequel game, maybe set in the Rachni wars or Krogan rebellion or something
