Criticizing your boss is dumb enough on it's own terms if you really want to keep your job, but if you are a soldier doing it...you're even worse, the military isn't a place that cant afford the chain of command being questioned.

He deserved it. What he said wasn't even criticism. He said he wasn't willing to do his job and obey his boss. That's rightful termination.

No matter who you work for or why you do it you have to stay professional. If you have a problem take it up with someone else or resign and leave quietly don't post crap to get attention.

To sum this up: Do NOT screw with the person you work for!
