Man Commits Suicide After Learning Harry Potter Spoiler
that or it was the devil that made him do it b/c he was into the devil movie with witches/warlocks and other supernatural things that the bible tells you to stay away from.
" now that is some hard core sh#$ i expect hard core fans of the movie and comics and actor fans to take note of this mans commitment and follow suit and show their commitment and fanaticism to their favorite persons or object.Wait back up your joking right!!! show some respect.

He obviously wasn't really that big of a Harry Potter fan, but someone who was just trying to fit in somewhere and going over the top while doing so. A real fan would've actually, gee I dunno... read the book? If someone has read a book that is being adapted to film like the Potter books are, spoilers aren't something they really worry about. In fact, if they LOVE the book as much as this guy claimed to have loved Harry Potter, they hope that NOTHING is different from the book, thus making a spoiler impossible.
EDIT: Just saw that you had the same thought, Wario. Sorry.
roflol thank you Hob for actually pointing out the obvious...
how can anything in the movie be a spoiler as the book was released so many years ago...
it's like people claming the end of The Return of The King was a spoiler, even though they're such Lord of the Rings fans that they haven't even read the book...
This is just rediculous and full of abject stupidity... this is so bad that i'd actually nominate this kid to be in the Darwin Awards
M
What shocks me is how people speak about him. No offense to any of you intended. but someone died, it may have been over a silly matter true but the loss is still there. His mother will strike out to blame whoever thats what loss does, you will except it later and try to understand it. No doubt someone has looked into the issue and the fact that he may not have fitted in but a life was lost how about a bit more respect over that !
Id say there is more to it and as Babs said the mother is blaming it on something other than the fact her kid had a mental disorder.

Or Carlos mencia's "dee dee dee" awards

I guess I was just focused on the lousy parenting. It's almost as though the part about the parenting overshadows the child's death

I know I'm being insensitive, but I've already admitted on the "What Grinds Your Gears?" thread this week that I can't stand people who are so proud of not reading books. Not saying that this guy was proud of it, but he couldn't even bring himself to pick up a book that was the original format of what he basically dedicated his life to. If that doesn't make your life meaningless, I don't know what does. I'm not taking any offense, Arrow. I know I'm being an ***, but you know there are times where you just have something to say regardless of whether or not its the right thing to do. This is one of those times for me.

" what child he was a full grown man of 32 "still someones child no matter how old they are
"everyone knows I was kidding right.......?"

seriously stupidist thing i have ever heard the dude was cloearly mentally ill and knowbody noticed , have to say a combo of brilliant parenting and stupiidity , and as for blaming the media thats the classic excuse for anyone who doesnt want to face facts and blame themselves
" @Final Arrow said:I can respect that and yours and Babs points of view are fully justified, even if a little insensitive. It's the people who have not even made a intelligent . This is something that just grinds my gears so to speak. Its easy to mock people when it is not your loss, but when it is I can almost grantee each and everyone that posted something "funny" would be up in arms if it was their loss. It may sound silly considering what I make jokes out of on the vine, but this is something I just disagree with! That said I think there was more to the whole issue then what has been said here, you and Babs both picked on points that would no doubt play a part in his life and maybe this was just the last thing to him."What shocks me is how people speak about him. did anyone notice that the article was written by a comedian and even the quotes from his mother in the article are making fun of the guy
I'm calling B.S.

Looks like someone just wants to get a job writing for The Onion
" I heard rumors that this is false! "I can't find credible evidence saying it is a hoax other than people's blogs claiming it's a fake. However, all of the other people running the article got it from this article. I can't find another original article about the suicide, and that is what leads me to believe it is a hoax.
"after Dan posted them? "
I don't do rumors....everything I say is the absolute truth no matter how ridiculous
