Luffy once ate an entire table of food in a single, huge bite. After claiming he had missed three days worth of meals. He easily out eats Goku.

Round 1: Neither. Vegeta jumps in and literally owns entire fiction in the catagory.

But seriously. Goku has entire episodes dedicated to his screaming. He stomps.

Round 2: Luffy. He's stretchable.

Round 3: No idea where this goes. Maybe goku, as they have to look at blindening light a lot, and still keep their eyes open.

But that took three days of no food. Goku ate 53 full course meals just because after fighting Jackie Chun; and that was as a kid.
