Little League Villain Identification?

I was meaning to post this for a long time now, but can someone tell me who the villains are here:

I know the thief one is Captain Cold, manipulator is Poison Ivy, I'm assuming Fanatic is Cheetah, Narcissist is Lex, and is Clown Joker? And who is Bully and Prankster?

I'm really thinking Clown is Joker with how much he antagonizes Batman in later pages:

@SuperShafe: @Funrush: The prankster looks like the animated series version of Toyman. You're right about the rest, I think the bully is I have no idea lol
