Wayne is just consistent with his tracks. Mixtapes out every few months, always solid punch lines, Young Money, he is just better than many MCs out there and those who were in the past.

Wayne delivers both quality and quantity equally. It really don't matter if you don't like my opinion. Wayne is better than everyone on that list. That's my opinion.

Hell no, Wayne isn't even close to Jay-Z or Biggie.. IMO Wayne used to be better than he was right now, the music he makes today are just repetitive and has so much auto tunes or w.e the hell you call that.

Lil Wayne is better than most rappers...but definitely not in the Jay Z/Nas/2Pac/Biggie category...Eminem on down is debatable. He's definitely top tier for current rappers though.
