Lil B's flow & lyrics are both garbage

People like 9th Wonder, Joey Badass, Jean Grae etc have said that Lil B raps a certain way to elicit attention and when he wants to he can make technically proficient songs. Even his "cooking songs" usually have decent beats to them.

Why are we comparing the two? Lil b's lyrics are so Pre-School & Elementary. Jay-Z slays Lil' be in terms of Lyrical genuineness, Qaulity, & flow. The fact that you had the decency to ask "who's better" makes me wanna cry.

Is IA Iggy Azalea? I like her and I couldn't care less about the reasons people find to hate on her. As far as Lil B, he shouldn't be paired against anyone above Soulja Boy. I think Jay-Z has fallen off quite a bit over the years, but even at his worst he'd destroy Lil B.
