I've had this question since the first time I met Methos and he had all these phrases and words on his icons, hwo do you add them?

This question has burned a hole through my head.

well i go on my picture and then this screen covers my entire computer with all my pics from browse and i double click on one of them and then there is this tool thing and thats how i do it
