@the_stegman: I have thing for women esoteric looks. I know Kat's features don't especially fit the usual fit for beautiful and aren't for everyone, which is the appeal :)

Katy is just kind of normal looking to me. She isn't ugly by any means, but nothing about her "pops" out to me if that makes sense.

I`m not a huge fan of either.

In terms of singing, definitely Katy, more range, more vocalization, more depth.

In terms of who do I like more probably in terms of personality, I would have to say Swift in terms of music I`m going to have to say Katy.

Tbh, Katy Perry has this indescribable beauty like really you can't define if it's too much or just a normal pretty face plusher eyes are killer and you'll know that everyone will find her songs catchy at some ways. ^^

I've read some posts in Tumblr claiming Swift as the Queen of Pop but she's been in the Pop Genre this October. I'm not hating on Taylor, I like her songs which are written incredibly but claiming her as the Queen of Pop is just amusing. :)

Imo, Swift is the better singer, but Perry has the better records and is hotter. So I guess I'll choose Perry for like more.

As artists: Neither, can't stand their kind of music.

Perry is better looking, because Swift has the build of one of those stick insects, but I don't know how many tons of makeup Perry wears either.
