Story telling: Kendrick.
Lyric(al content): classic Kanye, current Kendrick. Ye's fallen so far off the content train that, were it not for his bravado and older songs, he'd be confused for a typical mainstream rapper. KDot is smarter, deeper, and subtler.
Vocabulary: Toss up. If Kanye rapped less about extravagance I'd be able to answer.

Pretty much this.
@knightrise: but i believe its mostly on his major singles kanye had some real gems on his last album an this new slave track is amazing
I don't really like either, but I guess if forced, I'll choose Kanye.
Just curious, what is it you don't like about Kendrick? Is it the accents - a lot of people seem to dislike him using em.

I've listen to a bunch of his stuff and I just don't like most of his flows. Then again, I'm very, very picky about my rap. I usually only listen to a couple artists, most of which have silly yet clever tracks like Childish Gambino.
To each his own, I suppose. I'm a big fan of Community, but I've never really liked Childish Gambino. He did have a nice verse on the BET cypher though.
