Bieber's music has gradually gotten better. I actually don't mind his newest singles. I've never been particularly fond of Cyrus' music, but her newest album is actually not that bad and is one of the trippiest things I have ever listened to, even if it has some really weird shit on it. Neither Beiber nor Cyrus has a particularly likable public image, though. I pick Bieber.

Bieber has gotten better, Miley has gotten worse.
