Battle of the annoying!

Scenario

Justin Bieber has just been hit by a water bottle again, and the brain damage causes him to go crazy. He goes around killing other annoying celebs. He gets to Carly Rae Jepsen, but she's prepared. She has a sharp and pointy pencil (to stab JB), and Bieber has an arsenal of hard rocks (to throw at CRJ). Of course, these two idiots had the option of better weapons, but there so stupid they choose the lame weapons. WHO WINS?
