Justice League vs. Avengers drinking contest

Justice League contestants (from New 52):

Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Arrow, Green Lantern (Hal), and Aquaman.

Avengers contestants:

Thor, Captain America, Captain Marvel (Carol), Hawkeye, Iron man, and the Hulk.

Just assume that even the characters that don't drink will be giving it their all just to one-up the other team.

Which team can down the most shots of tequila until the other passes out?

And feel free to comment on any shenanigans that happen because of the drinking.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Iron Man yet, given how used to alcohol he is, or how when Hulk was grey he spent an entire night drinking a liquor store just to make Banner drunk when he changed back (unable to post image, unfortanitly). And Aquaman seems like he could down quite a lot for some reason.

Carol and Stark are both alcoholics........

On the Marvel side:

Cap takes 3 before falling over. The Serum can't hold up to modern liquor

Hawkeye manages 2 before making a pass at Carol, who knocks him out

Carol takes 4 before having PTSD flashbacks and trying to dig out her old Ms Marvel outfit, security throws her out

Hulk is pissed that he can't fit a shot glass in his big hands, and leaves after beating up Ollie

Thor downs em one after the other, With Tony abandoning 20 years of soberitey to prove Thor is a pussie.

WW totally drinks, she's an Amazon. She staid humans can't out drink her and Amazon parties are shown frequently with wine.

He has plans for everything, including no having a plan.

Hulk is the heaviest by far so he'd likely have the highest resistance to alcohol.

Thor is the only problem here

Technically, body weight is the biggest factor in your tolerance. Hulk and Thor outweigh everyone else, so avengers win. Plus tony and carol are alcoholics, so they can definitely push themselves. I can see batman and superman not having any tolerance for being sober most of the time, but Wonder Woman and thor would be an entertaining drink off to watch.

Ends in either sex or Wonder Woman puking on thor and being a total mood killer. Meanwhile, Ollie and hawkeye are drunkenly ogling scarlet witch and black canary who are making out. Batman is in a corner ranting about "contingency plans", while captain America begins rambling on about "the good ol days". Carol is flirting with aquaman while he insincerely mentions he's married. Hal slurs incoherent insults about hulks mom to hulk, who in return knocks him out the bar. Flash drinks too fast (11 shots of 151 in 1 picosecond and is totally trashed 5 minutes later, accidentally puking on himself while he heads to the bathroom. Hercules is letting Tigra and star girl feel his biceps while swearing he doesn't lift often. Stargirl swears she's legal, but Hercules is dubious of her claims. Cyborg is playing pac man at the arcade, sloppily spilling his beer all over she hulk as she revokes the advances of starfox. Eventually, kang bursts through the door, arms raised, as he proclaims "shots for everyone! It has been forseen!"

Superman is sulking bc wonder woman dumped him the night before bc in her words "I just need to be alone for a while. I'm not in the place in my life I want to be". "Damn thor to hela"

The Flash metabolizes the alcohol too quick to get drunk. Superman also cannot get drunk.

That might be real science. In comic books, the flash metabolizes the alcohol too quick to be able to get drunk. As we both know, comic book science =/= real world science.

I didn't make the OP. I can only debate based on the variables set.

@dathomiesilversurfer: Actually Body weight doesn't mean anything. I have my ABC license, and the more weight you have doesn't mean you *Resist* more. If you are large with more body fat, you can get drunk quicker then a skinny person. If you are muscular on the other hand, you can process alcohol at a slower rate, so you will have a better tolerance. I can post scans if you want. Oh Superman can't get drunk.

Everyone ends up needing to go to the bathroom to throw up, except Batman who planned ahead and hid a bat-barf bag in his belt. Hulk completely destroys the stall while the force of Superman's super vomit drills a hole straight to the center of the planet, causing massive earthquakes.
