I think a thousand dollars a week puts you above middle class, but, it depends largely on where you live. In the Tri state area, you could make ten thousand dollars a week and still somehow be poor.

500 a week is only 26,000.00 a year that is not a lot of money to live on......

You should seriously start putting together a saving plans, start looking into more long term financial planning rather then blowing it on tatoos. If that's really your income per week, start building up a cash reserve and long term disposable income. Worse case scenario if you're wise with your money, at least if you loose your job you'll have a cushion in between jobs.

I have a studio apt. in New Orleans for a little less than $700.00 a month, but utilities are included........ Which is a good deal where I live......

This is pretty much how I feel when I get a student loan, except you supplement tatoo's with some pseudo hip piercing/flash clothes, and plenty of alcohol soaked nights out :P
