Personally, I'll say Jones. Goku has no ground game.

Yeah, Jones has such a more versatile arsenal. I mean come on people. He can armbar, leglock, chokehold, and clinch. Goku can do none of that except punch and kick.

Jones wins based on the fact that he has so many more tools at his disposal.

Being a one sided fighter is meaningless, Ronda is not beating someone who physically outclasses her in everyway besides skill.Skill is useless when you can't counter someone's power, I can be a better fighter then a bear but I can't beat a bear with my skills unless I am armed. Ronda probably can't even fight outside of her weight class.

General Tao can launch trees and ride on them and he's weaker than Roshi.

Hell Mr.Satan might be able to do this as well seeing as to how he survived getting knocked several blocks away from cell despite being infintely weaker.

Grappling does not necessarily make fighters more skilled it gives them options. He definitely isn't more skilled than Goku who can shoot projectiles because he is a world class wrestler.
