Does Twilight's Breaking Dawn cause seizures and nausea?
Number one box office movie, "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1" is reportedly causing audiences to throw up and get seizures.
No, the cause was not sparkly vampires, but in fact, due to the bright flashing of black, white and red.
Jim Lee, a well-known comic illustrator, recently tweeted, "Twilight: Had to step out of Breaking Dawn... Our 11-year-old son literally threw up during the birthing scene!"
According to Jim Lee, his son could have become sick due to the "crunching" sound during the birth scene in the movie.
In another ABC report, the bright flashing lights during the scene could have caused photo-sensitive epilepsy.
Jim Lee's son was not the only one who got sick watching the movie.
Another victim, Brandon Gephart, had accompanied his girlfriend, Kelly Bauman, to the movie screening.
According to Kelly, Brandon had collapsed during the birth scene with the flashing lights.
She described her boyfriend as "convulsing, snorting, (and) trying to breathe".
Above it all, Brandon remembered nothing after the seizure.
All he could recall was waking up on the floor of the movie theatre and being taken away by paramedics.
People who have photo-sensitive epilepsy, or who suspect they might have it, might want to think twice before catching this movie.
