Steve Carrell has stood the test of time the best.

Jim Carey, but more for his dramatic performances in movies like Sunshine of the Spotlesss Mind, The Truman Show, I love you Phillip Morris etc.

because of his classics, like Waterboy, Happy Gilmore, Wedding Singer, and Billy Maddison, even his stuff like Little Nicky, Mr Deeds and Big Daddy are all pretty funny movies, most of his recent stuff isn't great(same with most on this list), but his classics are comparable to the others here

Robin Williams

Some are barely funny and some are hit and miss funny. I will go with Robin Williams or Steve Martin.
