And yes I have watched Sopranos, The Wire or any other amazing shows, but There's nothing that compares to this series in my opinion. It's a MASTERPIECE!

I remember when people said that about Big Bang Theory.

I lol'd.

I don't think so. And as someone whos watched it faithfully since the first season. Season 5 is disappointing me for some reason. It was terrible slow to start off and it still hasn't recovered for me imo. Even with shit hitting the fan by now, I'm left lacking.

Personally the show that has impressed me the most this year was The Newsroom. Season 1 last year was good...season 2 was great. The writing, specifically the character dialogue, is unmatched and simply amazing. The cast has amazing chemistry. The season finale was this past Sunday and it was brilliant.

I've never been so emotionally attached to a program before. These last few episodes have been shockingly intense.

Agreed. It's brilliant, and I've never seen anything on television that could match up to its writing, direction, editing, and acting.

@k4tzm4n: Neither have I. When Walt said "We are a family", as his family looked at him in fear last episode, I felt it deep in the pit of my stomach.

This. I don't know why, but the more people keep hyping up the show, the less satisfaction I get from it. Don't get me wrong it is a great show but I wouldn't consider it the greatest tv show that has ever existed in the universe ever. Let's just enjoy the ride for the last couple of episodes without feeling the constant urge to put it on a pedestal over the rest of television.

I love Breaking Bad. Definitely one of my favorite shows out there. Probably my favorite non-cartoon show

The show is so popular you can bet on who lives and dies. I bet on Walt and Skylar not dying during the series on the same website I bet on the mayweather fight!!! Mayweather won. So if Walt/Skyler both live i turned $100 into $225
