Is your total of Forum Posts,Followers and Wiki points important for you?

I like when I or people I follow have some wiki points atleast. It hints at them being productive members and not just spammers wich I like, other then that I couldnt care less.. I like raising my own post count for fun but it doesnt really matter, and I dont care how many posts others have (except for when its in lower hundreds then I feel like the poster is to new to know if he is up to no good. :p).

Nope, there are users who just started using comicvine and they either are close or pass me in posts and everything else.

Kinda. I've said it before and I'll say it again: I don't take people as seriously if they haven't been here too long, and having less than 1,000 posts is a decent indicator.

This. Its cool hitting a cool or funny number. Plus i want to hit 7777 soon that will show @nerdork. Also its fun staying a couple post ahead of a certain someone cough cough @saint_rog_el ill hit 10000 before you ;)

Yeah, total in any dynamic is actually quite important. I just haven't gotten around to doing wiki points.

Yes it does because it shows how productive people are. Plus it's cool if you have a lot of posts or points.

I'm the kind of person that goes on and off comicvine quite a lot, depending on how much free time I have. I've actually forgotten the password to my previous 2 accounts, so I just made a new one, so my posts will obviously not be that high, and even though number of posts is a good indicator of how much knowledge people have, there still tend to be quite a few people with high post numbers that either troll or refuse to listen to reason.

But I am looking forward to cool post numbers. 333 is my next goal.

I never take people who lack avatars seriously. That says to me, "I don't plan on sticking around long, so I don't need to add an avatar." If that's the case, why should I waste my time?

Couldn't care less. Wiki points, post count etc says nothing about a person other than they've been wikied/posted a lot.

That said, I'm a guy who doesn't care for this stuff. I deem it a trivial affair -although I might be content with 10k.

People with a large (20k+) amount of posts I usually take more seriously. To be honest, if somebody has a low post count I'm apprehensive. Although, if somebody has many posts, but a low follower amount, they may be a d!ck.

How long you've been on the vine is important. Your post count isn't. You can get a lot of posts just by posting in the"The person with the last post wins" thread. But if your posts are from debates and intelligent conversations you'll be more appreciated.

The more posts I have, the more obvious it is I have nothing better to do than post on a message board. So it's important, in the exact opposite way.
