Ya know, Like Lucky Star and Azumanga Daioh
Is it weird for a guy to like Slice Of Life animes?
Personally, I don't quite like them and I'm a girl, so why wouldn't or shouldn't the inverse be okay?
If you like them (and admit to it), good on you. It's entertainment, you find it entertaining. That's what matters. Anyone gives you flack for it, f*ck them.
@life_without_progress: Being weird is relative to a specific person's viewpoint. Weirdness fluctuates and is defined differently depending on the person you ask, so if I ask you if you think it is weird if guys like Slice Of Life anime's. If you say no, then that is all that matters. Basically anything you do or like nowadays someone will say you are weird.

Thats right
One of my favorite mangas is Watamote,so no.
Man this is more like a Psychological w/ a slice of life
Nah.
@detrolord: Still have Slice Of Life genres
Slice of life was my favorite genre back when I was into anime. Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou was my favorite manga, and I also got really into Aria. And Azumanga Daioh was funny, but I liked the manga more.
Lucky Star was boring as pheuck! The spent 2 minutes on one episode talking about how to eat bread and then did it again in an other episode..... that being said I watch the whole series.
Azumanga Daioh is hilarious. If liking it is weird, I don't want to be...uh...not weird.
But your a girl.
Nevertheless, it was made for guys. It was a part of Shonen Sunday, which translates to Boy's Sunday. It was specifically made for guys, so no, you're not weird for liking it. If anything, square and I are more "weird" as we are not the intended audience.
@kittyparker13: I don't really care. People should watch what they watch. I was just trying to be a bit silly :p
@laflux: Of course. I just think the whole thread is kinda silly seeing as the anime he listed are meant for men. But, yeah, I get ya. I'm a girl, and I like them, I don't think it matters. But seeing as he's the target audience, it's a silly question.
@darling_luna: Damn kitten troll.
@darling_luna: No, Sailor Moon.
@ostyo: How aboot Sailor Moon Rob Liefeld style ?
@darling_luna: Genius! You've never looked better.
Thought you said Silence of The Lambs at first. It is a good film.
As long as it doesn't hurt anyone, it isn't really weird or wrong for anyone to like anything :)
This. Partly because I have absolutely no clue what the OP is talking about.
This is a bit of a grey area, but for the most part no, it's totally fine.
I would normally never admit this... but I actually watched all of Lucky Star.
@mrdecepticonleader: Then shut your pie hole! :P
