Yes, this is why you shouldn't complain or worry about having a black Superman, black Human Torch or black Spider-man in the movies or the comics, since they are all black. Technically and literally… and sexually. Absolutely.

Also personally I would phrase along the lines that modern humans have hominid ancestors who at a time were located in Africa, during a very important time as far as the development of humans, specifically archaic humans (Homo rhodesiensis for example) into modern day humans (Homo sapiens) and from what I understand, skin color (variations) developed with our body hair minimizing/loss which was a gradual process so "we" weren't "technically" limited to one skin variation referable to as "black". Plus "black" is the white devil mans English word.

I'm pretty sure I've heard of some caucasian looking people/tribes living in Africa.. And they weren't descendants of the Europeans that colonized them.. Of course I could be wrong..

All humans are of african descend and by all likeliness from black africans, but a white person still has white skin and is therefore white not black.

Everyone has some degree of the pigment melanin in their skin which adjusts based upon sunlight exposure.

We all share 99.9% of our DNA and even a little with our lost cousins homo neanderthalensis.

With enough sunlight, anyone can be black.

No. That just makes us all technically human. Or, if you're talking about skin colour, then everyone's technically either a shade of brown or of pink. Is there actually a single person on this earth whose skin colour is either white or black? Didn't think so...

Since race actually has more to do with subjective associations of physical characteristics than literal biology, we aren't all black. That's like calling white South Africans black.

Race is a social construct based almost entirely on appearance. "Black" doesn't tell you anything about a person other than how they appear. And your race can change depending on the culture you are in. So race is meaningless beyond physical appearance.
