No, it's not. If anything, it's charm is growing.
Is Comic Vine Losing its Charm?
Activity is still high. Just the amount of people that have posts worth looking at has decreased.
Sadly, I have to agree.
I'm not really active on the forums, actually the only reason I go to CV is because of the news and articles by the editors.
Now Katzman left. I'm not sure what I'm gonna do, now that he's gone. He was by far my favorite.
I mean the conflict already started with the latest review of The Flash. There's no way he'd given that 5 Stars. Even though it was a great episode, it had too many pacing and directional problems for that.
What do?! I'm serious, what do you do when your favorite editor left a page that you only visit because of editorial stuff?
@einhaender: What! I didn't know he had left, i was always something of a silent fan of his work I must admit. That makes this all the worse.
@einhaender: He has??
The problem with Comicvine is you can't really have any fun without it being locked. Any thread that is funny and could give you a laugh or two immediately gets locked by the mods. I just think Comicvine, it's mods, and some users take them themselves and the internet wayy to seriously. Sometimes it feels like being in school all over again being on here with the mods playing the role of the annoying teachers, and the users who report everything playing the role of the teachers pet.
