Nope... Broly is nothing like Hulk. Broly can Fly and has Massive Energy Manipulation. Hulk is basically a Strength Brute without Flight or Quickness.
In a way, yes. Broly is an unstoppable force of rage like Hulk, but the Hulk is also many other emotions such as depression, regret, etc. Broly is just a sociopath.
Dude just blows up planets for lolz he has displayed little to no emotion in regards to those he kills. There is a BIG difference between the two.
