Naw. Dexter is a psychological contradiction. He claims to be a sociopath with no feelings, yet he is constantly getting himself into trouble because of his relationships with other people, be it his sister, his dad, his wife, his gfs, his kids...etc.
His killing is supposed to be so he can harness his Dark Passenger, but really at the end of the day he just likes killing plain and simple. Its an emotion and physical release for him. (Its why the ending was bullshit, but most shows end like that cos it happens suddenly lol). He only kills bad guys because his Dad taught him too. He has and is just as happy killing innocents. The only real conflict he has with that is it contradicts his Dads' teachings which he doesn't like.
I don't think Batman gets quite the same pleasure from beating the crap out of Bad guys that Dexter does. But you could possibly make an argument.
