Is Anyone Else Bored With Life?

Is anyone else bored with life? I mean don't you often wish something crazy happened and it changed your life completely? Is anyone else tired of the same old wake up, shower, brush your teeth, groom, go to work/school, and rinse and repeat?

Oh, hey, you know what would be nice? If people would stop complaining about going to school or having jobs. Yeah, I'd like that a lot.

Your life is only boring unless you do something with it!!! Change it up a little. Meet a girl or boy. Go to an Amusement park. Exercise. Do sumthin. PEOPLE'S CHAMP IS OFFICIALLY OUT

Not complaining, but I don't really see that as an exciting life.

@squares: Why so antagonistic? There's absolutely nothing wrong with getting bored with standard routine from time to time and longing for exciting new experiences.

I often fantasize about being a gangster, or being the benevolent dictator of some third-world country, or being a billionaire with tons of money, or having superpowers; stuff like that. I just never really could settle with average, though I often wonder if I can actually handle having that much power.

Much more exciting than not doing either. Be happy for what you have.

I am, I would just rather have some excitement. I'm always bored.

But seriously, yeah, I am, I do the same things everyday, work, go home, eat, sleep, repeat. The only reason I don't do anything else is because I can't afford it, if I had the money, I'd travel all over and do everything.

You have to change things up and not depend on the world to change things for you. If you're bored, go look for new things to do, things don't drop out of the sky and make your life interesting your know.

Naw, I love writing. It's how I liberate my thoughts, but what's the point if people don't care about what you write? I think I'd be pretty happy if I could get paid for doing it.

@gordyman: Clearly if other peoples' opinions of your writing mean so much to you then you really need to re-evaluate how much you actually love it. A writer writes because it's part of who they are, because it's what they do, not because people pay attention to what they write.

Well, not only. It's certainly a plus, though.

I'm bored at the moment all I usually do is travel in the Americas(US, Canada, South America and etc). I want to go overseas sooner than 2015 but I have to be patient. If it sounds like I'm showing of thats exactly what I'm doing.
