Is Adele's "Hello" the best song of 2015?

So, I just heard Adele's new song "Hello" and I was amazed by the power in her voice, the accompanying music and the mesmerizing melody. I'm seriously in love with this song. I immediately bought in on iTunes, and I find myself having difficulty remembering the last time this year when I heard a song of similar caliber and quality.

"Hello" is the first song in history with over a million digital sales in a week. It's also reached number 1 in 28 countries. Additionally it broke the Vevo Record achieving over 27.7 million views within a 24-hour span.

I know it's difficult to compare genres of music, but can you list a song that came out this year that is as good as this song? I honestly cannot.

What are your thoughts?

I have to say a lot of great music has come out this year - Maverick Sabre and Leona Lewis put out incredible new albums for example and transcended their previous works .. but Adele just smashed her way back through the door! 'Hello! .. I'll take that number 1 spot thank you!'. I'm definitely excited for when the album comes out!

Nah. Every song from Drake's album If You're Reading This It's Too Late is better, so as every song on To Pimp a Butterfly, also Taylor Swift Bad Blood. Oh, Demi Lovato Cool for the Summer and Confident.

Taylor Swift is very versatile as an artist, just wanted to throw that out there. If you think otherwise then you must not listen to much of her music.

Most of her songs are about break ups just like Adele, which is what he was saying.

The song is great, but I wouldn't consider it the best. I don't necessarily consider any song as being best because I don't compare them to each other. I do adore Adele, though.

It's literally the worst song of 2015. Overplayed to infinity, terrible lyrics and verses but a catchy chorus. She's comes back into the industry with basically the same song as 3 years ago. She's fast becoming the new taylor swift but with breakups instead of relationships.

Compared to other songs she put out I don't think it should win "Best Song".

I prefer jazz to blue eyed soul but Adele is great and I love that song.
