This, Kublai seemed more civilized and Alexander was a despotic warlord in my opinion.

Alexander the Great, Not only does he have charisma, him being the father of Hellenistic civilization, but dude knows how to unite different people. Seriously I could see Alex marching down the streets of Birmingham with MLK.
