i actually sent a copy of the thread to the artist on Deviant Art because i have his e~mail address and profile from the site, i'm a Deviant art member as well

i've had that happen to me a few times with my fic's... really pisses me off...
one guy i actually virus bombed his website because he was charging for people to download "his stories" that were actually a collection of 5 people, me and 4 others...

your probably right... but if you notice on those clips / pics / movies whatever, it clearly states at the beginning or end of it that they are not responsible for the original work... thats not claiming someone elses work if your own, thats creating your own work out of someone elses stuff.

no, he put his hard work into creating that image and put it up on the net for people to enjoy, not for some kid to take and then show to all his mates saying "look what i drew, aren't i cool!"
