An awesome responsibility indeed. But it is still a responsibility. Which is why a lot of people in this thread have chosen not to take it if given the chance.

@epictayman: i devote half of my time to my own site, but I was taking a short break from moderating my site which is why I'm more active in comic vine than i used to be but I will return to moderating my forum soon.

Oh yeah by no means is it a bad thing to not want to be a moderator. After all this is just a website and being a moderator could garner unwanted drama and complications in one's life. Being a moderator is really for people who have more free-time on their hands lol.

Well then get on to typing those debate/argument essays with passive aggression and tons of rudeness towards the opposite debater and you'll be on your way!

I used to think it would be so cool; but then life happened, by that of course I mean high school, and I realize that the mod life isn't the life for me.
