Nemesis. Wherever Nemesis is, there's Jill. So perhaps I'll get a quick feel before I go :D

Nemesis, that bastard will just kill ya, and who cares if their body comes back to life as a zombie??? You're dead at that point and have hopefully moved on. And if not, then you're a super zombie, and can take more damage than most normal zombies. so HA!! :P
 
But Pyramid Head??? That jerk will do terrible terrible things to you before he finally kills you... and who wants to leave this world having your body desecrated in that manner??? Not me says I.

Pyramid head. He's stupid compared to the feat of technology that Nemesis is. Pyramid head is locked into a time limit dictated by a siren in a separate zone of space. Nemesis can slaughter you with a plethora of weapons from anywhere, and is controlled by top Umbrella Op in a lab.     

Well, then your stuck with Pyramid Head. But, at least you can try to have sex with a bubblehead nurse....forever!

I think I'd have a much better chance at living against Pyramid Head.
