I need ideas for superhero names

I'm making a bunch of my friends into a superhero team. I've got most of the powers down, but I'm blanking on some of the names. 
 
What's a good name for a martial artist who has mastered every weapon on earth? 
 
A name for somebody with generic telepathy powers? 
 
A name for somebody with ice powers? I can't think of any that aren't already used. 
 
A name for a martial artist with Taskmaster-like memory and an axe?

For the ice one, you could have Frost or Icicle perhaps. They've been used but not much.
