I have an online problem

I was posting on both comic vine and comicbookresources sites when the laptop when on black screen. So what I did is plug off the laptop and did something else and then after an hour, i plugged it in again and start netsurfing again.

Here's the problem. I could no longer log in to comicbookresources.

it would state: "Sorry. The administrator has banned your IP address. To contact the administrator click here. "

So what do i do in order for me to be able to access the site again?

@jhazzroucher: computers/internet/forums don't work that way. unplugging a computer in no way would affect your future access to a website and no one but you would ever be aware that your computer abruptly shut down/went black. the only thing sometimes when a computer abruptly shuts down, it also screws with your connection/internet access in which case you also should reset your router. but that's not the problem here. the problem is you were presumably IP banned between visits probably for some stupid storm topic you made.

@jhazzroucher: I've had that problem on another web site. It doesn't mean your banned. I had that pop up on both my iPad and my laptop. You just have to wait and be patient for it to work again. If the problem still persists after a day or two then I'm guessing you've most likely been banned but as I said just be patient.

but i didn't even create a Storm thread there earlier nor yesterday. and i even didn't post a lot earlier too.

That's ok. I'll try to get answers tomorrow from the site's moderators.

I also have sent a pm to a Storm fan ( who is offline right now) who has a cbr account to inform the site's mod.

@jhazzroucher: What kind of pc do you have, Mac or Windows? It doesn't look like you were banned at CBR, as there is no "BANNED" word above your avatar that would indicate that you had been banned. You may want to go ahead and asked the mod/admins what happened and see if they will be able to do anything. If you have a modem for your internet, you should try resetting it and clearing your browser cookies.

Actually I've been here for two going on three years. I'm a long time user that has had several different incarnations myself. I've been looking around on this user and I have found no evidence whatsoever that supports any claim of spamming. Regardless if you dislike a certain user or not, trolling anyone is not only against this sites policies, but also rude and distasteful.

Jhazz is just another eccentric fan, and believe me in the time I've been here I've dealt with more obsessive fans. Regardless, that still does not give anyone the right to troll.
