I accidentally disabled tagging?

I'm not exactly sure where I should put this, but you all seem like a nice bunch of people so I'll stick it here ^.^

I was trying to tag a user in a post with the @ key, but I accidentally clicked "disable this option" (forget the exact wording) Now I can't tag people. How do I turn it back on?

close your browser and reopen it
