How shallow are you?

Nothing much to say, just curious.

Someone on this site told im shallow. Had no idea either. Apparently not liking a character or certain characters because of how they look is shallow lol

Shallow is something I am not.

I'm actually not at all shallow, but its hard to find other people who are like that.

I'm kinda in the middle when it comes to being attracted to the opposite sex. I'd like a girl to be moderately healthy, if she's packin' a few extra pounds, fine, but don't get too fat. But really..that's my only gripe, race, hair color/style, piercings, tattoos, boob/butt size really doesn't matter to me.

Women are more shallow than men are.

Comic book readers are eww. All of them look so needy and lonely and like...weird. OMG, I just can't.

I'm most def picky, but not shallow, a big requirement I look for in a girl is that they try to be the best they can be, and that includes personal health

Thats just nature. People judge eachother on looks all the time. You act like being "shallow" isnt a human characteristic that was implemented and hardwirded into you. Its subconscious and conscious. Everyone good or bad judge people more on looks than they do personality. Do you think cavemen were going around looking for people with good personalities? no, they selected people who could provided the best survival and replication value to their offspring. Just because we aren't cavemen anymore doesnt mean people still dont have the same survival and replication standards. Im sure there are plenty of great people of the opposite sex with an amazing personality that you know personally but are not physically attracted to them which keeps you from wanting to pursue a relationship with them. Is that "shallow"? sure whatever you wanna call it but that doesn't mean its not a natural thing everyone is. There are plenty of studies and sources on this subject i can provide for you if you feel like persisting .
