Please do not joke or lie, be serious and say how much you can really bench press.

Here are some wrestlers max bench press to show how much they can bench

Ryback: 550 pounds

Kane: 525 pounds

Roman Reigns: 445 pounds

Big Show: 540 pounds

John Cena: 465 pounds

Batista: 525 pounds

Haha continually for about 15 reps on a good day, around 85-90 Ibs, adding on 2 more sets I usually can only do 6 on the last set. If I were to go heavy I would bump it up to around 105-110 Ibs. and could do that for about 3-4 reps. As you can tell I'm not the biggest guy there is.

I am 13 and weigh 75 pounds and I can bench 25 pounds for 8 reps, so according to a one rep max bench press caculator, my one rep max is: 33 pounds

I know it's not much, but I have started working out so I can get stronger. Some time next month I will put an update on how much I can bench.

135 pounds... guess it's okay for a kid only a few months off from being 14 years old. That's nothing compared to my father, who's max is 550 pounds.

I like how the OP asks us for our bench presses, doesn't post his own, then randomly posts a lists of wrestlers' bench presses.

@wolverine08: I will say though, that being able to bench 100kgs at 14 is impressive. If only such talents to someone who wasn't so crass about it :P

Usually I would retort with a witty remark; but I can't do that here.

I am genuitly embarassed by how little I can "lift".
