How large is your collection?

So started collecting back in 1991...I took a few years off here and there but thanks to eBay I have filled in just about all the gaps in my collection...

Now I've created a self updating database to check track of my entire collection and it says I have 4951...I think thats a lot but now I wanna know...

35,000 to 40,000 comics

I don't really collect. My grandfather gave me a long box full of Batman and Detective Comics when I was six. I have been reading comics since then. my closet, and drawers are full of comics. I've never really kept an accurate count because I'm not really saving/collecting them, I just purchase them and read them.

7 and a half

Not quite sure. I got a lot of new one's. I was just wearing my Green Lantern shirt one day, when this guy who was in his fourties or fifties was like " Oh! Green Lantern! I used to read about them when I was your age." I got to talking with him, and know him a little better. He then gave me his old comic collection. 

I've never bothered to keep track. But, it's something like 6 short boxes, a long box,  +/- 30 hardcovers, +/- 40 softcovers, and random other stacks throughout.

That's me in the middle there carting my latest inclusion to The Vault. I like to keep my comics in tip top shape for all eternity, so I have them looked after by top men.
