i thought cassandra cain was the only one in the batfamily who coud do that but in the movie "batman under the red hood" red hood (jason todd) fires a bullet that was gonna hit batman in the back of the head but batman just simply moves his head and dodges it,

A few things wrong here. 1. Movies are non-canon. 2. Given the fact that Cassandra was never in that movie or was even suggested to have existed in that movie, the comparison between New Earth Cassandra Cain and Under the Red Hood animated movie BatMan is lacking. They are in different universes. 3. Numerous street levelers can dodge bullets. New Earth BatMan has demonstrated reaction time enough to catch arrows, split arrows in half with a batarang after they were fired (the same batarang then split the bow in half), dodge bullets point blank, block bullets with his cape, deflect bullets with his gauntlets, and avoid bullets by performing acrobatics during combat/travel.
He is not the only one who can dodge bullets either.
Because he is the goddamn Batman.
