If you mean 4th Hokage, his Flying Thunder God Jutsu is Teleportation, I believe it is instant like Goku's I.T.

Edit: Instead of homing in KI signatures like Goku, he teleports to wherever a FTG seal is placed. I do not know if there is a limiting distance to this.

He relied on teleportation, his feats without it are just dodging thrown stuff i think so as fast as most street levelers.

I know most people are just doing this for fun but please be considerate of the OP, jokes like this can be pretty hurtful and can appear as people belittling him just because he did not know the correct spelling.

The fastest I ever have seen him is when he used Flying Thunder God Lv. 2, he threw a marked kunai at Obito whose head phased through it; the instant the kunai was out of Obito's head he instantly teleported and struck Obito with a nice dish called Rasengan. How's that for reaction time?
