It is the same speed, 21mph. Perhaps do you mean how long does it take to go 40yards while traveling 21 mph? If so, go do your own homework.

Actually it is 3.896103896103 seconds because 21mph translates to 30.8 ft per second. There are exactly 120 ft in 40 yards. 120/30.8 gives you the answer

i was rounding it up a lot for easier math. Also the silly feetsies system confuses me. I have grown up on metric. One way or an other the difference is in two hundreds of a second due to me rounding up the numbers
