How do you choose your comics wisely?

Like..in hopes that you will be satisfied and your money was well-spent.

I just read what looks cool. If you want to make sure your money is well-spent you can look up some comic previews or reviews.

You can pick up mags that are packed with upcoming titles

I usually have an idea of what I'm going to get. If I see something else that interests me, I just get it too.

In comics there are going to be a few stinkers that you have to deal with. Not every comic is gona be great. That's why it's good to check up on the writer/artist and see if they're good and if their skill set matches the character/team that you plan on reading. I assume you're talking about new comics? Cause right now I'm reading a lot of older comics from the 80s and stuff and I already know from word of mouth that what I'm reading is great so I know I don't have to worry about reading sh!t

I'd say I choose my comics very carefully.

Pretty much what I do. Every. God. Damn. Time. Lol

You can see like three pages when you go digital. There's nothing worse than buying a series that you don't like.

I usually just buy books with creative teams I like.

I choose my comics wisely by looking up reviews and looking at the opinions of others. I also look at the creative team.

I just buy whatever features my favorite characters. And I usually buy in bulk from Comixology.

I don't read events........

I don't.

I go by writer now, by and large, but I'll still grab a book whose cover and interiors look promising. There's just too much to catch up on if you go by character.

Wisely? That doesn't compute with me. I choose them all. (cue Pokemon intro)
