Hey all...

I have a RPG character, and I'm trying to calculate his net force. He stands at a muscular size of 285lbs. At the height of 6'3 & 3/4 (basically, 6'4), he is an ancient Greek demi-god. With Olympian magical abilities, he has enough strength to deadlift 150 Metric Tonnes (330,693.393 lbs). He is able to punch at the same rate. As well, he can reach Mach 5 (1,701.45 m/s=3,806.03525 mph) easily. He has an average body size for a average 6'4, human male (think, Superman). However, I can't find out what would be the force of his punch, at full power. Could any of you help me find a good Net force Calculator, Or, if any of you are good with physics, calculate it for me...?

It's simple enough.

Use:

mass of his hand * acceleration of his hand.

I'd say assume constant acceleration throughout the motion, as using impulse method is about impossible here, as we don't know how the hand's speed varies during a punch.

Btw, are you saying he can punch at mach 5, or he can run at mach 5?
