Honestly, this guy is a quack. Yet all he gets is hype.
How can anybody take Bernie Sanders seriously?
@precrisisbardock: better than trump.
@precrisisbardock: better than trump.
We shouldn't have to choose the lesser of two evils wen deciding the commander in chief of america. They're equally horrible.
Because he promises free shit and people don't want to spend a couple minutes actually thinking about it
And he's not really a real candidate. The only ones who like him are the loud, dumb losers. If he was a real threat Hillary would of smeared him to hell by now.
@oopsen: well that's absolutely false
@precrisisbardock: Equally horrible?! You got a he'll of a problem there.
@precrisisbardock: Equally horrible?! You got a he'll of a problem there.
Yeah, equally horrible.
@turoksonofstone: He's better than another horrible candidate... doesn't show much. Notice how it says "Vote for the real progressive", why vote for a label?
Best candidate we have.
Best candidate we have.
Bernie is the best candidate Usa has.
@rouflex: Need I post Rand Paul again.
Bernie wants government to control everything, that's not how the USA was meant to work. He believes climate change is the reason for terrorism.
Bernie is the best candidate we have followed by Clinton. Bill Clinton was the last good president that America had but all anybody remembers about him is Monica Lewinsky sucking on his green bean. He actually did more good with his policies then Bush and Obama combined. So if Hillary is anything like her husband was she will be the best president since her husband.
Sanders has a 30 year voting record that is consistent and unblemished.
Clinton is the best qualified republican candidate. Aside from the most ill informed Democrats actually hate her. Her support is paid and fake.
Rand Paul is Ron Paul lite.
Jeb Bush is a War Criminal.
Republican Field is composed of Christian Extremists, Racists, and Corporate Criminals.
Trump only wins the election if Hillary is the Dem nominee. In that scenario if America does not want an Establishment Oligarchy I would expect some dems to vote trump out of spite and some to write in Sanders and that will lead to the country having to suicide itself with a trump brand cyanide pill.
You got some terrible sources there, bud. Paul doesn't oppose the patriot act? You srs there? Rand is bad with racial issues? Gtfo. That's some mad tumblr stuff you're on.

based on what? Hillary is a criminal and so is Bill, their Secret Service agents have exposed them long ago. Sanders is crazy and believes in government controlling everything. He promises you all these things but doesn't explain how he does this.
@turoksonofstone: Lmfao where the hell did you get those stupid checklists from? They are completely false and try to put Bernie Sandtard in a better light. Gun control neutral? What? LMFAO. Apparently Rand Paul isn't against the NSA, wasn't against Iraq War, isn't against the Patriot Act, isn't against internet censorship, etc. Whoever made those stupid memes is extremely biased and didn't do their homework on them. Hell, some of the ones for Bernie aren't even accurate. He is NOT the best choice, unless of course you are a fan of Karl Marx.

Exactly what I'm saying ^^ whoever made those were on drugs.
@turoksonofstone: Would you also like to talk about how Sanders is in favor of internet tax? Or how he agrees we should raise taxes on everyone "To fight climate change". Or how he takes away states rights and just has the federal government control everything? Or how his plan costs 19 trillion dollars? Or how he agrees with unlimited debt increases? Or how he wants to take every wealthy persons money from them?
I'd vote for him.
Why?
@precrisisbardock: Absolutely. He likes those memes so much though, I found some of my own.
EDIT:
Bernie Sanders:
- Voted in favor the confirming Lorretta Lynch, a woman who supports civil asset forfeiture (2015) (Rand voted Opposite)
- Voted against devolving local transportation responsibilities to state governments, instead he favored Washington D.C. bureaucrats to do that job (2014) (Rand voted Opposite)
- Voted in favor of an unlimited debt limit increase without spending cuts (2014) (Rand voted Opposite)
- Votes on bills he hasn't read (omnibus bill) (2014) (Rand voted Opposite)
- Voted against a bill that would stop the federal government from taking more U.S. land (Federal government owns 1 in 3 acres) (2014) (Rand voted Opposite)
- Voted in favor of an internet tax (2013) (Rand voted Opposite)
- Voted against reducing foreign aid to hostile countries (2013) (Rand voted Opposite)
- Voted against balancing the budget in 5 years (2013) (Rand voted Opposite)
- Voted in favor of raising taxes on 77% of Americans (Fiscal Cliff Deal)(2012) (Rand voted Opposite)
- Voted against prohibiting earmarks (2012) (Rand voted Opposite)
- Voted against the balanced budget amendment (2011) (Rand voted Opposite)
- Voted in favor of skipping the "read the bills rule" in Senate (2011) (Rand voted Opposite)
- Voted against stopping earmarks for 2 years (2010) (Before Rand was elected)
Political Threads on CV make me laugh; it's basically a bunch of goobers trying to discredit various memes/charts by posting their own memes/charts, both sides without much actual fact checking or source posting.
That being said; it's fairly easy to take Sander's seriously when you've got candidates like Carson & Trump in the running.
@rouflex: Need I post Rand Paul again.
Bernie wants government to control everything, that's not how the USA was meant to work. He believes climate change is the reason for terrorism.
If you explore the reasons for the creation of terrorists far enough, you would find that changing climate is a contributing factor.
It's not the only reason ofc, but it helps. And it helps the creation of terrorism that it changes how (or if) people can live in any given area. Like take Somalia as an example, they're trapped in years of daught (climate) and there's very little to live off, so the young somali men have nothing to do and no real future to look forwards to, so they sign up to be pirates or join one of the militia's thats often promising a better life if these people help fight their enemies.
@outside_85: That has 0 to do with "climate change".
@outside_85: That has 0 to do with "climate change".
Climate changes help create poverty, poverty leads to terrorism.
@precrisisbardock: better than trump.
And Hillary.
@outside_85: The only reason Climate Change leads to poverty is because people like Sanders take jobs away.
Climate Change doesn't raw lead to poverty, that doesn't even make sense.

I'll dig up and old troll and say I think people like Romney (since this is a domestic subject) closes down more jobs because he outsources them to places like China where labour is cheaper.
Only if you dont know how weather affects farming, especially in developing countries. If the weather is poor your harvest is going to be bad or entirely lost, then you will have nothing to sell and nothing to live off... which I believe is happening in California right now? In the US this is not so much of a problem because you have all kinds of safetynets that helps you get through this difficult period, the same is not true of less developed places, where whacko recuitment officers from various extremist groups stand ready to promise the world to people too desperate to say no.
@outside_85: But climate change hardly effects that. You can't change natural weather. Drought in California has nothing to do with climate change.
31,000 of scientists don't even believe man made Climage Change is real and/or a threat anyway.

Oh dear are you one of those people who think 97% of scientists are wrong about climate change?
@outside_85: That 97 percent thing has been debunked plenty of times.

Funny how that's always someone's fallback, even though it's false.

But mostly by Conservative bloggers that don't believe things like the climate can change or admit that humanity is slowly killing the planet.
Anyways, I think this is heading in the wrong direction, so I will return to your OP:
I don't consider Bernie a serious contender in the race to the White House, Democrats don't hate Hillary enough to jump to his ship, and he certainly wont win over any part-time moderate republicans either because the ghost of Communism is still enough to make them jump in fright. That said, it's not everything he says thats as stupid as it sounds.
I don't even care who wins at this point.
@turoksonofstone: did that pic really say Paul is not against the NSA?
